Gaillard, a Mobile native, graduated from Birmingham-Southern College (2002) and Cumberland School of Law (2006). While at Cumberland, Gaillard was an active member of Cumberland's trial advocacy board and was selected as a member of Cumberland's national trial team. Gaillard was inducted into The Order of Barristers in recognition for his courtroom advocacy abilities. After graduation from Cumberland, Gaillard served as an Assistant District Attorney in Mobile for nearly two years. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Gaillard tried 17 jury trials in Mobile County Circuit Courts. Gaillard entered civil litigation practice in 2008 defending clients against claims of retaliatory discharge, automobile and general negligence, catastrophic injury, property and premises liability, underinsured motorist claims, and claims brought under the workers compensation act. During this time Gaillard actively participated in and handled multiple civil jury and non-jury trials. Gaillard received Martindale-Hubble's highest peer review rating of AV Preeminent for his legal ability and ethical standards. Gaillard joined Armbrecht Jackson in 2013, and his practice consists of civil defense litigation. Gaillard is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar Association, and the Mobile Bar Association.
