Mark Newell has been involved in the defense of civil litigation for over 31 years. Licensed in Alabama and Florida, he has represented many different industries and professions, including trucking, real estate, product manufacturers, and the sports and recreational fields. Mark has also represented a number of insurers in coverage matters, including first party policy disputes and alleged bad faith litigation. He has represented several clients in high profile cases covered extensively by the media. Mark also serves as General Counsel for Ladd Peebles Stadium, home of the Senior Bowl, GoDaddy.com Bowl, and BCS member University of South Alabama.
